As the data subject, I authorise UE Cornellà to include any strictly institutional and sporting event in any audiovisual medium for reproduction and public communication purposes.

This authorisation to use the recorded content and my image is granted pursuant to Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and One’s Own Image.

The authorisation granted here for this material is strictly for institutional and sporting use. It is not subject to any time limit and is not restricted to the national territory of any country.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that the personal data collected, whether relating to a natural person or to representatives of a public or private legal entity, will be added to a file owned by UE Cornellà.

The purpose of collecting and processing this information is to manage the agreement set out in this document and to maintain contact between both parties.

In compliance with current regulations, UE CORNELLÀ confirms that it has adopted the technical and organisational measures required to maintain the appropriate level of security, taking into account the nature of the personal data processed.

UE CORNELLÀ also confirms that it will not transfer or disclose personal data stored in its files to third parties, except where legally required or where necessary to provide the service.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection regarding your personal data at any time by sending a written request, together with a photocopy of your identity document or equivalent proof of identity, to UE CORNELLÀ, General Secretariat of UE CORNELLÀ.
