Conditions for Processing a Minor’s Data, Image and Health Information

UE CORNELLÀ SAD processes the health information, images and personal data provided to us lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. The data will not subsequently be processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes. It will be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and, where necessary, kept up to date.

Every reasonable measure will be taken to ensure that inaccurate data is erased or rectified without delay. It will be kept in a form that permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed, without prejudice to the appropriate technical and organisational measures required by this Regulation to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject (storage limitation).

UEC PRO Rules

1. Only one Sunday-to-Sunday change may be made within the packages.
2. If the participant will not attend, at least 48 hours’ notice must be given.
3. Participants must arrive 20 minutes before the development session begins.
4. Coaches, players and everyone working for UEC PRO and Colegio Xaloc must be treated with respect.
5. The facilities must be respected.
